Hello! I am the founder and president of Safeguard Home Inspection, Inc and I also have the pleasure of serving as the current president of the Georgia Chapter of NAHI.
As a member of the national organization of NAHI, I have earned the distinction of CRI (Certified Residential Inspector), which is the highest achievable level within NAHI, based on continuing education, test scores and number of inspections performed. I am also certified by the ICC (International Code Council), which qualifies me for new-construction home inspections.
I have inspected many historic homes in Marietta and even one that was constructed before the Civil War, in Oxford, Georgia!
Whether new or old, I approach every inspection with the same care and diligence. I am extremely thorough, spending about 4 hours on the average home. Reports with photos are printed on site and I always welcome the opportunity to walk the client through all areas of concern at the end of the inspection.
